Who We Are
At HRC Health Care Advisors, we work with Community Health Centers, primary care practices, and Primary Care Associations to design, implement and optimize your value-based care strategy. We offer a powerful combination of strategy, operations, and clinical expertise to meet you where you are on your journey from traditional fee-for-service to value-based care models. HRC Health Care Advisors draws on the firm’s extensive experience in developing and implementing value-based solutions for organizations across the healthcare spectrum, including providers, payers, and systems and payment policy.
Heidy Robertson-Cooper, MPA
President
Heidy Robertson-Cooper has spent her career focusing on primary care health care policy, value-based payment, and delivery system redesign impacting primary care and the safety net community. Before starting HRC Health Care Advisors, she served in leadership roles for the Missouri Primary Care Association, MissourHealth+, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. In these roles, she oversaw efforts to influence primary care delivery and payment system reform and provide effective value-based practice transformation and performance improvement support for primary care and community health centers. Heidy served more than ten years in healthcare, working in various areas, including primary care value-based transformation strategy and delivery focusing on policy, clinical integration, population health, accountable care, value-based contracting with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial stakeholders.
Heidy has been published in several journals, including Family Practice Management and Population Health Management, on primary care readiness for value-based payment. She earned her master's degree in public administration from Park University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
